Khuzestan (IP) – Iran's police dismantled a terrorist group and arrested its members in Khuzestan, southwest of the country.

Iran Press/ Iran news: According to the statement of the police, the terrorists arrested had attacked earlier in June 2021 a police vehicle in Shadegan city of Khuzestan.

After gaining adequate intelligence, the police immediately identified the three-member band and arrested them on Monday, delivering them to the relevant judicial authorities.

After further investigations, it came clear that the band was affiliated with a terrorist outfit being supported by it.

A police force also was martyred during the anti-terrorist operation.
